Advance abstract
submission by the discounted rate closes on January 31, Monday, at 17:00
JST.

Final abstract submission
closes on February 4, Friday, at 12:00 noon JST.

Pre-registration by the
discounted rate closes on May 9, Monday at 17:00 JST.

3. Annual due payment for 2011
[Important!]

 Annual
due payment for 2011 ( from April 2011 to March 2012 ) is available from
January 11 when abstract submission

and pre-registration
start.  Please update and pay the annual due for 2011. 

If payment of annual
due for 2010 is not completed, member fee is NOT adopted when you make a
JpGU Meeting 2011 registration.

If you pay annual due for
2011 when you make a pre-registration for JpGU Meeting 2011, various
benefits are to be given since that time.

(2) Japan Earth planetary
science Olympiad Committee

The 3rd Japan Earth
planetary science Olympiad was held on December 19, 2010 at around 50
venues around Japan.

777 students participated
(537 male and 240 female students :applicants 869 ) in this competition.

The result is to be
announced on the following URL at the end of January.

Finalists are to attend
"Grand-prix, Chikyu-ni-WakuWaku" held at Tsukuba Gakuen City.
