Abstract Submission and Pre-registration start on January
12, 2010!
  List of session are to be open on December 20, 2009.

  Abstract Submission starts on January 12, Tuesday,
2010.
  Abstract Submission closes
     In advance : on January 29, Friday, at 17:00 JST, 2010 
*Note 1
     Final : on February 5, Friday, at 12:00 noon JST, 2010 

 
Pre-registration closes April 9, Friday, at 23:59 JST, 2010

  JpGU Meeting 2010: From May 23, Sunday to May 28, Friday, 2010

*Note 1
  Pre-registration rate is adopted by January 29, Friday at 17:00 JST.
  After that, normal rate is automatically adopted.

*Note 2
  From this meeting, JpGU Meeting 2010, registration can be made through
our website after pre-registration is closed.
  But normal rate is adopted on April 10. 2010 and after.

(3)Exhibitors are wanted!
  Many kinds of booths
for universities and research institutes, scientific
societies, science unions, business enterprises and
publishers are set on the 1st floor, 2nd floor central lobby
and also at the foyer.
Please utilize them for introducing your research
activities, advertisements of your equipments, selling books
and exchanging information.
On the university information panel, you can introduce your
university and put out information.  Application are to
be closed when spaces are filled.  We’re waiting for
your application, as soon as possible.

Report of the submitting a statement
 JpGU has submitted a counter statement against “the 3rd Recommendation” by “Decentralization Reform Promoting Committee in the Cabinet Office” to committee chairman, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and other related sections by the names of President Gaku Kimura and our Society Council.

Server Maintenance Information
 Due to the server
maintenance, accessibility to our website and communication
service may go on the blink.  Secretariat are to be
closed from December 28, 2009 to January 4, 2010 due to New
Year Holidays.
