Earlybird registration rate is adopted by May 10th, at 5:00pm JST or
8:00am UTC.

(4) Child care

Child care is availalbe during JpGU Meeting 2016.
Details will be announced by our mailnews later.
Please note that the deadline for child care is three weeks before
JpGU Meeting 2016. There’s no age limit for the child care.

(5) Lunch time special lectures by the 1st Nishida Prize Awardees

Lunch time special lectures this year are delivered by the 1st
Nishida Prize Awardees, everyday at lunch time (12:30pm – 1:40pm).
Lunch boxes are sold in front of the lecture room.
Tentative schedule is as follows.

JpGU Fellowship Award ceremony is to be held on May 24th, Tuesday
from 6:30pm at APA Hotel.

(7)Poster presentations by high school students

Application for O-02, Poster presentations by high school students
has started. Application deadline is April 11th.

#4. Information from PEPS

(1) SPEPS thematic collection completed

Since starting the Call-for-Papers to the SPEPS collection
[Multidisciplinary Researches on Deep Interiors of the Earth and Planets]
in autumn 2014, PEPS has published eight excellent articles for the
collection and just completed it by publishing a Preface that summarizes
these published articles. We appreciate all of the time and effort that
the authors, co-authors and reviewers spent working on this collection.
