Six months have passed since JpGU started the request for donations to the Noto Peninsula Earthquake. We have put it all together and sent it to the “Ishikawa Prefectural Government Donation Fund” on July 16, 2024.

The Japan Geoscience Union (JpGU) would like to ask our members to make voluntary relief aid donations to the Noto Peninsula Earthquake Relief Fund. The restoration work in the affected areas is continuing, but the snow has begun to fall and the cold weather is making the work extremely difficult, and the burden on the affected people is increasing daily. JpGU has decided to collect donations for relief aid from this natural.
