(1) Recent schedule
March 12th: Session layout is released on the web
March 25th: Adoption of abstracts, Notification of date and time
(to Contributors, Authors, Presenters and Chairs)
March 30th: JpGU Meeting program is released on the web (planned)
May 12th: Pre-registration at the discounted price is closed
*Our membership subscription is temporarily adjourned by June 30th.
May 18th: Abstract PDFs are released on the web
May 24th-28th: JpGU Meeting 2015

(2) Pre-registration for JpGU Meeting 2015

*Deadline is May 12th, Tuesday at 17:00JST

Our membership subscription system is temporarily adjourned
from May 12th to June 30th.
Please be sure to make membership subscription and update by the due date.
Discounted rate is NOT adopted on the day without membership subscription
by June 30th.

(3) Special Lunch Time Lecture

Lunch time special lectures are to be held during lunch time this year,
the same as last year.
Please come to the International conference room to enjoy wonderful
presentations by world-class researchers everyday at lunch time
from 13:00 to 13:40.
Lunch boxes are sold in front of the presentation room.

May 24th, Sunday: Jun Suzuki (AIST)
May 25th, Monday: David Rubie (University of Bayreuth)
May 27th, Wednesday: Taikan Oki (The University of Tokyo)
May 28th, Thursday: Ryuho Kataoka (National Institute of Polar Research)
No lecture is held on May 26th, Tuesday.
Titles are to be released soon.

(4) Nishida Prize and JpGU Fellowship award ceremony

Nishida Prize and JpGU Fellowship award ceremony is to be held on
March 25th in the afternoon at International Conference Room.
Details are to be announced soon.

(5) Asking for questionnaire on internationalization of JpGU Meetings

(6) Child care

Child care is outsourced to the nursery room near the convention site.
Application is closed 3 weeks before the date of usage.
Please contact the nursery room by yourself if your children are 6 years
and over.

Application deadline for O-04 session, Poster presentation by High school
students is April 10th.
