Introduction
The Japan Geoscience Union Meeting brings together researchers in differing specialties from many institutions throughout the world.
So many oral presenttions, poster presentions, invited lectures and special lectures are held.
In 2014, JpGU Meeting is to be held from 28th April (Mon) through 2nd May (Fri), at PACIFICO Yokohama.

Presentations and Sessions
All presentations are held in each groups called "sessions" which consist of some or dozens of presentations.
About 180 sessions were held in JpGU Meeting 2013.
Presentations include oral presentations and poster presentations.
Oral presentations refer to scientific presentations which are held orally at each session rooms.
Poster presentations refer to scientific presentations which is held in the form of posters at the poster presentations room.
Some sessions contain invited lectures, and some are international sessions.

Sessions for public
JpGU Meeting also invites general people , mainly to public sessions, which aims to announce outcome of Geoscience.
Public sessions are open to everyone and free of charge.

How to participate
You need to make registration to attend any sessions or lectures (except for public sessions).
Pre-registration or On-site Registration are available.
Public sessions are free of charge, and you need to just come to reception for public sessions at the site.
And following are free of charge.(Please come to the reception.)

Please come to reception with your name cards or certificate.

For people coming to business meetings at the site
Please come to reception. Reception will start 30 minutes before your business meeting.

For undergraduate students, high school students
Please come to reception with your student ID.

For participants aged 70 or over
Please come to reception.
