Abstract Submission

All abstract should be submitted from Abstract Submission Site.
JpGU ID is required to submit an abstract.
*We do not accept text files or PDF files via email or mailing.

Important Dates

■ Abstract Submission Period: Jan 6th - Feb 16th at 5:00pm JST
 * Early Submission Deadline: Feb 3rd at 11:59am JST

■ Notification Letter (email) : March 8th

■ Abstract Release on the Web: May 11th

Abstract Submission Fee

Early Submission: 3,240 JPY/ submission (tax included)
Normal Submission: 4,320 JPY/ submission (tax included)
*Image upload is free of charge.(Maximun 1 image available)

[Important Note]
* Payments have to be completed during the submission period (by Feb 16 at 5:00pm JST).
 Submission withour payment after the submission period will be deleted.
* To receive an early submission rate, your payment must be completed during the early submission period
 (by Feb 3 at 11:59 am JST).
* Edits are available during the submission period even after you finish your payment.
* Abstract submission fee is a NON-REFUNDABLE processing fee.
  We cannot refund the submission fee in any case.

Meeting Registration

All attendees need to make a registration to attend the 2017 joint meeting.
*Abstract submission fee does not register you for the meeting.

We encourage our attendees to make online registration before they attend our meeting.
On-site reistration may take some time.
