Registration and Information for Participants

REGISTRATION

Registration will open from January 6th through May 25th, 2017.

Early-bird Registration Deadline: May 8th, 2017 at 5:00 pm (JST)
Normal Registration Deadline: May 25th, 2017

REGISTRATION FEE

All participants except for only public session attendees need to make a registration in order to attend the 2017 meeting.
Payments will be required during the registration process.
Early-bird registration fee is adopted from January 6th to May 8th,2017 at 4:59 pm (JST).
We encourage you to register early and receive a discount.

AGU, AOGS and EGU members will receive a JpGU member discounted rate.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Registration is available from My Account Log in on JpGU members page.
After logging in with your JpGU ID and password, open the "2017 Joint Meeting" tab and proceed your registration from the "Meeting Registration" page.

Register NOW!

- JpGU Members are required to pay the annual due in order to make a meeting registration.
(Please complete your payment of previous year(s) if you haven't made it yet.)
-The chage of the registration pass from one day to full meeting is available by paying the difference. (the opposite is not available)
Please log in to My Account Log in to change your registration status.
- We will refund the meeting registration fee after deducting commission to those who completed the payment and requested a cancellation from the Application Form before May 8th at 4:59pm JST.
