Flow to Exhibition

Application

Please apply through Exhibitors online system.
* Please apply through teh system even if you have a JpGU member ID.
* Even if you have account for 2018 Meeting or former, it will not be taken over. Please apply for 2019 Meeting again. * Please do not forget your e-mail address and passward wchich you used to apply because they are required to log-in the system later.

Application period：
The first period：3:30PM at 5th November - 16th December, 2018 (JST)
(System will be out of serveice because updating from 17th December, 2018 to the middle of January, 2019）
The second period: From the middle of January, 2019

Registration of booth inormation (by 29th March）

After logging-in to the Exhibitors online system, please click "Register your details" and input the form.
Information on "2.Booth Information" will be published.

Option and others

According to your needs, please order option items, internet line, advertisement and otehrs.
You can order them throughthe Exhibitors online system
* Please refer to important dates and P.R. activities for details.

Application for Exhibitor Pass(by 8th May), issuing e-ticket

After login-in to the Exhibitors online system please apply for Exhibitor Pass by 8th May.
On and after 9th May, you can issue "e-ticket". Please bring it to the venue.
* Please wear your name tag all the time.
* Please refer to "Exhibitor Pass"

Shipping and "Shipping notification(by 21st May)"

Pleae make sure to ship your materials to be delivered during the delibery time. Please input "Shipping notification" by 21th May throughthe Exhibitors online system

Delibery time will be announced on the "Exhibitors Guidance" which will be available on March.

JpGU Meeting 2019: 26th May 2019 - 30th May.

Please enjoy the largest scientific meeting on Geoscience in Japan.
Details on How to carry-in and out will be announced on the "Exhibitors Guidance" which will be available on March.

Payment

Please make payment your booth fee before the meeting date.
You can print your invoice for fees by yourself throught the online system after January.

NOTE: Fees for options(Fee for optional items, power, internet line, logo on the name plate) are to be paid to Makuhari Messe.
The person in charge will contact you regardingdetails later.
