Q.When is the application period？

A. The first period：3:30PM at 5th November - 16th December, 2018 (JST)
(System will be out of serveice because updating from 17th December, 2018 to the middle of January, 2019）
The second period: From the middle of January, 2019

We don't set the final deadline however, in case your application would be after 29th March 2019, your booth's name might not be shown on the program book or other materials. Booths are assigned on a first come first serve basis.
