VISA and Letters

JpGU starts to provide invitation letters, acceptance letters and documents required to apply for VISA to international attendees on March 8th.

Issuing Period

-VISA documents: March 8th - April 21st
-Invitation Letters: March 8th - May 19th
-Acceptance Letters: March 8th - May 19th

Requirements to Issue

1. Abstract submission and its payment must be completed.
2. Meeting registration and its payment must be completed.
*Invitation letter and acceptance letter can only be issued to those who submitted their abstracts and were accepted.


Please make sure that you have made a meeting registration and completed the payment BEFORE contacting us.
