Payment Method

We accept your payment from the following 3 payment methods.
Pay by yourself Credit Cards only
Pay by your Organization, Institute or Company Advance Payment with your Credit Card
Bank Transfer (Payments on Invoice)
*We accept VISA,MasterCard,JCB,AMERICAN EXPRESS and Diners Club.

*Bank Transfer is only available for organization, institute or company residing in Japan.

Cancellation Policy

■ Membership Annual Due, Abstract Submission Fee and Party Registraion Fee
These are all NON-REFUNDABLE processing fees.

* Please note that only abstract submission fee of non-approaved abstracts will be refunded.

■ Early Meeting Registation Fee
We will refund the meeting registration fee balance after deducting commission to those who completed the payment and requested a cancellation from the Application Form before May 8th at 4:59pm JST.

JpGU Burden

This payment method is for JpGU office use only. Please use this only when you are instructed to do so by JpGU office.

* We will proceed to the payment after confirming all required information, if you select "JpGU Burden."
* Please DO NOT click this if you are not asked to do so, otherwise it may take a long time to complete your payment.


Technical Support

If you experience any technical difficulties using your credit card, please feel free to contact us (office@jpgu.org).

Receipt

We do not provide a receipt printing sercive. Please download the file and print it out by your own, if necessary.

Receipts are issued to the payments made only by credit cards.
(Receipts for bank transfers are not available.)

To download and print out your receipt, log in to My Account Log in with your JpGU ID and password and click "Receipt" and then "Issue Receipt" button on the left side menu.

Receipts will open in a pop-up window and be displayed in a PDF file. Please allow pop-up windows before you try to open the receipt.

*Once the receipt is issued, you will not be able to download the same file again.
Please be sure to save the data you downloaded if you'll need them later.
Note that "Reissued" sign will be displayed if you download the same receipt more than twice.

*The date and bill to name is editable from your account.
*Receipts will be issued per each payment.
Please note that a summed up receipt is not available.

Invoice

Invoice will be issued if you select "Bank Transfer" payment by your organization, institute or company.
(This payment method is not available for those who are paying with credit cards)
