Exhibitors Seminar
Option fee:84,700JPY (including consumption tax)
You can hold a 45 minutes hybrid seminar at a vacant time slot.
[Venue] Special Stage (at the center in the front side of the Exhibitor Hall.)
The number of available applications may be limited due to session openings.
Available session slots will be announced in April. Please wait to register for the exhibitor seminar until then.

How to apply

2.Please send detail from the form .
items: Title of the Seminar, Outline, and the Date and Time.
Both of above 1 and 2 are required, but Date and Time is not fixed at the moment.
JpGU office will communicate later regarding your seminar schedule.

Posting Your Logo on the web
Putting your logo on the meeting website, we will introduce exhibitors.

[Apply] Please apply via online system.
Then please send the file with email to exhibition[at]jpgu.org, with subject
[Logo on the web]"and name of your booth.

[Material format] 50(h)pixel*170(w) pixel format: gif, jpg, or png file.
If the pixel count is larger than the regulation, we will resize the image.
Sponsors should also follow these instructions and send logo file in an e-mail to a person in charge of exhibit.

What to prepare
1.Stamp
The frame is 2.5cm*2.5cm, so please prepare the stamp size accordingly.

Reference: JpGU will provide logo-marked cans as prizes.
Exhibitor's Participation Method
Please apply via the form below.
Exhibitor's Response at the Venue
・Please bring the prizes to the prize exchange booth between 9:00 and 10:00 on May 24th.
(The prize exchange booth will be set up in Hall 8. We will inform you of the location later.)
・When the participant shows the stamp sheet, please stamp it.
・It is OK to let the participant stamp themselves.
・Please avoid imposing conditions on stamping.
(Please set up separate events with conditions such as surveys and quizzes for prizes, etc., separate from the stamp rally.)
Participant's Participation Method
・Get the stamp sheet (free) at the venue.
・Look at the list of stamp-setting booths on the stamp sheet and gethering stamps in each booth.
・The stamp-setting booths are divided into courses. You can get prizes by stamping all of booths in a course by visiting each booth.
・You can choose prizes from all prizes, regardless of the course you stamped.
・The required number of booths for each course is 5 to 10, and will be adjusted according to the number of participating booths.

*About Online Exhibition
No overall exhibit hours will be set.
Please indicate on your poster if you will have business hours or online standby hours.
Notes
- Please wear your name tag all the time.
- Please refer to booth details to know the number of Exhibitor pass you can receive.
- In case you make presentation, please register as a participant not only as an exhibitor.
* Nobady can enter the venue without his/her own pass,
Please don't leave your pass at your booth.
How to issue
- Please request passes by May 14th through online system ->"Apply for Exhbitor Pass"
Exhibitors' pass for on-site
- On and after May 18th you can issue your "e-ticket" through online system.
- Please print and bring with the "e-ticket" to the venue, and please scan the e-ticket at the reception counter to print your exhibitors pass.
Re-printing exhibitors pass at the venue, and checking your registration status require extra charges.
Account for Online Meeting
We will send you login instructions with your initial password and other information to the e-mail address you submitted at a later date.
