Childcare Support
JpGU will offer the following two types of childcare support during JpGU 2024.
(1) On-site childcare Room
(2) Partial financial support for the use of off-site childcare facilities or childcare support services such as baby-sitting services
For details, please refer to the following guidelines.
A childcare room will be set up at the venue and subsidies will be provided for users during the meeting.
Please note that the use of the childcare room is by appointment only. Please make sure to apply in advance if you plan to use the room.
Fee & General Information
■Age Range: 0 years to 6 years (preschoolers) and elementary school students (up to 3rd graders)
■Childcare Fee per hour:
・0 (From 3 month): 1,500 JPY
・1-6 y.o.: 1,200 JPY
・6 y.o. and +: 500 JPY
■Childcare Hours: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Cancellation Policy
(1) Contact received (directly to "Kinjo no Obasanchi") by 17:00 the day before the appointment (no cancellation fee)
(2) After 5:00 p.m. on the day before or on the day of the appointment, 100% of the childcare fee will be charged (with reduction).

Childcare Support at Off-site Facilities and Services
In addition to the on-site childcare room, childcare support (at outside facilities, etc.) will be provided as in the previous year.
If you wish to use a childcare fee support, please read the guidelines carefully and make your own arrangements. In addition to the area near the meeting venue (Makuhari), childcare facilities in the vicinity of your home are also available.
※Extended daycare on Sundays and early mornings and evenings are also eligible for subsidies, but the fees for regular hours at the childcare facility you normally use are not covered.
