Issue of Letters & Certificates

JpGU provides the following documents for the registered attendees according to their requests.

(1) Invitation Letter：All registered attendees
(2) Acceptance Letter：All authors of accepted abstracts
(3) Certificate of Attendance：All registered attendees who attended the meeting
(4) Certificate of Presentation：All authors of presented abstracts

Issue of Invitation Letter

Can be applied by	All registered attendees（regardless of presentation） *We cannot provide letters of invitation to spouses, children, or others who will be accompanying you on the trip but not attending the meeting as registered attendees.
Requirement for Issuing	Meeting registration and the payment must be completed.
Application Method	From the designated Application Form
Application Period	March 1 - May 24, 2018
Issuing Period	From March 14
Issuing Method	Via email in PDF file
Language	English version only
Letter Format	Designated format by JpGU *No modification/ edit to the format or contents is available．
Date of Issue	Created date
Processing Fee	Free of charge

Issue of Acceptance Letter

Can be applied by	Authors of accepted abstracts
Requirement for Issuing	The abstract must be accepted.
Application Method	From the designated Application Form
Application Period	March 1 - May 24, 2018
Issuing Period	From March 14 (after notification of acceptance)
Issuing Method	Via email in PDF file
Language	English version only
Letter Format	Designated format by JpGU *No modification/ edit to the format or contents is available．

Certificate of Attendance

Can be applied by	All attendees whose attendance can be confirmed (regardless of presentation） *We cannot provide certificates to spouses, children, or others who will be accompanying you on the trip but not attending the meeting as registered attendees.
