There're two ways to aquire IDs.

Annual due	General: 2000JPY Graduate student: 1000JPY Undergraduate or under: free	free
Expiry date	Automatically updated at the end of each fiscal year or 31st March. * Please pay annual due every year, as it's NOT automatically withdrawn from your bank account. * ID is deleted when we can't confirm annual due payments for two years.	Temporary IDs are automatically deleted at the end of August every year. Non-member IDs acquired for JpGU Meeting 2015 are also deleted at the end of August in 2016.
How to withdraw	Please send the Notice of Withdrawal to JpGU Office by the end of each fiscal year, at the end of March 2016. Without notice, your ID is automatically updated and annual due payment becomes necessary.	It is automatically withdrawn

Only credit card payment is available for foreign attendees.
