About Student Working Program

We are calling for part-timers at the 2024 meeting local venue.
Please consider using your free time to help us!

*Please check the terms and conditions of your scholarship etc. to ensure that you are eligible for part-time work.
*All positions basically requires a basic Japanese communication skills.

*If the JpGU staff determines that your abilities are not up to the level required for the job, your applications may be canceled.
We ask that you choose a position that is comfortable for you and schedule it accordingly.

How to Apply

First, pleae read the Application Guidelines (information in Japanese) carefully.

If you are eligible, create a student worker ID and apply using the same JpGU Pattime Job Application System.

Please check the system for part-time fees, break times, etc.
Late arrivals may result in a reduction to your parttime fee.
Please note that if your position includes a special allowance such as an early morning allowance, you may also receive a reduction of it.

*A student worker ID is different from your JpGU ID. You need to register for the meeting in order to attend/ work.

Working period	Sun. 26 - Fri. 31 May *Some positions call for application on Sat. 25 May too.
Work Location	Makuhari Messe, Chiba
Eligibility	・Students who will participate in-person. Please check the terms and conditions of your scholarship etc. to ensure that you are eligible for part-time work. All positions basically requires a basic Japanese communication skills.
Application period	15:00 Fri. 26 April - Fri. 24 May 2024 *Application may be closed earlier, as soon as it reached the capacity. Some positions may be available even after 24 May. Please contact us directly after the deadline. ．
Working Hours	Depends on the position.
Wages	Basic hourly wage: 1,100JPY Some positions have a special allowance, such as early morning allowance. Youe will pay after the meeting via bank transfer. We will ask you for your account information after you finish your work. Please bring something that shows your account information. Transportation expenses will not be paid. *Overtime will be paid if the total number of hours worked per day exceeds 8 hours.
What to bring on the day	Payment account must be a domestic account. Please note that cash payments at the on-site venue and money transfers to overseas accounts are not available. Please prepare an image file of the page containing the account information of the bankbook in your name [for banks, name of financial institution, branch name (branch number), deposit type, account number, and account name; for Japan Post, branch name (3-digit number), account name, deposit type, and account number].
