Requirements for issuing Visa documents


  • Presenter or Author with JpGU ID
    Note 1: Those who only make abstract submissions but are not authors or presenters are not applicable.
    Note 2: Authors without JpGU IDs are not applicable.
    Enlarged Program Committee decides to accept an application or not, after abstract submission is closed.
    (Deadline: February 28, 2013)
  • Convener or co-convener
    Enlarged Program Committee decides to accept an application or not, after session is fixed.
    (Deadline: At the end of December, 2012)

Please be sure to contact no later than February 28, 2013.

    Please read the guidance and download all Visa application documents, and fully fill in the columns of your information.
    It takes a lot of time if your information is not enough.  Please attach the PDF documents after you finished filling in your information.

It takes a lot of time if your information is not enough.  Please be sure to type the correct Chinese character and make it a PDF file and attach the documents after you filling in your information.

Please be sure to understand that it will take at least one week to complete the documents.
We can't accept your request after February 28, 2013.
Please be in a hurry if you need visas.
