Due to increased venue-related expenses, Exhibit fees for 2026 Meeting is increased compared to 2025 meeting. We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Changes to the "Publishers' Desk"

In response to requests we have received, we will be making the following changes to the "Publishers Desk" for 2026 meeting. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1.Book Area and Products Area

We will arrange booths as follows, divided into the Book Area and Products Area.
Exhibitors focusing on book sales and editing are requested to exhibit in the Book Area. Exhibitors focusing on related merchandise (goods, etc.) are requested to exhibit in the Products Area.

2. Lighting Installation

We will add two lights* and a mounting board for the lights to all booths to all Publishers' Desks.

Get in the Stamp Rally !

At the Joint Meeting 2026, we will hold a stamp rally in place of the quiz rally held until last year. This game aims to increase visitor circulation and encourage visits to more booths on-site.
We look forward to the participation of many exhibitors.

Eligible Exhibitors

All exhibitors with booths on site (including sponsors)
How to Participate: Details will be provided later to exhibitors.
Requirements: 1. Provide prizes (prizes will be collected at the on-site prize exchange desk).
2. Bring stamp(s) and make them available at your booth.
Prizes: Please provide 20 or more items.
Examples: - Logo stationery
- Clear files
- Etc. Donations of 21 or more items are also welcome!

Event Participants

How to participate: Simply visit the venue and collect the stamp pad provided. After collecting the required number of stamps by visiting booths, you can redeem your prize at the prize exchange counter in the exhibition hall.

Meeting and Exhibition
Academic presentations by researchers and exhibition are at same venue, same term. Participants of presentations can drop-by exhibition area with no effort. New Customers and Network New Customers
Because more than 200 sessions cover all the areas of Geoscience, lots of researchers on each field participate. You may meet new customers, and may create and expand your communication network. This is the greatest advantage in participating Japan Geoscience "Union" Meeting.

If 2026 Meeting shifts to an online meeting, only "Online Exhibition" will be available. In that case, all applications other than "Online Exhibition" will be cancelled. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

How to Exhibit

Priority reservations for 2026 sponsors are scheduled to open around February,
with registration for exhibitors opening around March.
Once registration opens, we will provide access to the registration page via this site.

About 2026 meeting

2026 Meeting is planned to be a hybrid event, with both on-site and online elements.
It will be co-hosted with the American Geophysical Union (AGU). It is called the JpGU-AGU Joint Meeting 2026. As a general rule, the primary language for the presentation programme will be English. All presentation programmes will be joint initiatives with AGU.
