Instructions for Registration

Instructions
All participants including presenters and non-presenters must be registered to obtain an ID number of the JPGU meeting. The ID number is permanent for each participant and repeatedly used in the JPGU meetings.
To submit an abstract must have a registration ID.

  If you don't have an ID number of JPGU ......
  First obtain an ID number by following instructions below. We will get your ID number for you.
  And the same time, you can make your pre-registration if you want.
 
Then
write abstract(s) with those valid ID(s) and submit them.  >> Instructions for Abstract submission

  If you already have an ID number of JPGU ......
 
you can make your pre-registration and keep your personal data up-to-date via this Registration form.

Deadline for Pre-registration

The Pre-registration will be available on-line from January 9, 2009.
Authors must submit abstracts through this website, http://www.jpgu.org/meeting_e2009/, no later than April 10, 2009. Authors who are not able to submit the abstract through the website should contact the meeting secretariat at office@jpgu.org.


Payment for Pre-registration
All the participants who have submitted their abstract must pay both abstract-submission fee and registration fee by cash (Japanese yen) at the reception desk on the first floor in Makuhari Messe International Conference Hall.

We're sorry, but we don't send the abstract volume (CD-ROM) overseas because of time obligation.
We will hand it at the on-site registration desk (reception desk) of the JPGU Meeting. You can also pay registration and abstract-submission fees at this time.
*Participants who have contributed abstracts beforehand: the abstract volume, name budge, and so on.
