Major Changes from 2020

・We have adopted "Hybrid (online + on-site)" as a format of the 2021 meeting.
・The on-site meeting is scheduled from May 30 (SUN) - June 1 (TUE) at Pacifico Yokohama North.
Mainly, poster presentations are to be given at the on-site venue.
Online presentations will be held from June 3 (THU) - 6 (SUN) . Both oral and posters are to be presented here. Please note that it is possible that we may have to limit or cancel the on-site meeting.
In either of the cases, online events will be held on the same dates as scheduled for the on-site meeting.

・The abstract submission fee and regisrtation fee have been revised. See HERE for details.
In order to prevent unauthorized access, we have decided to raise the submission fee and lower the registration fee for online participation compared to the 2020 meeting. The total amount of the early submission fee and the online registration fee levels with that of the 2020 virtual meeting.

・All participants are requested to register for online participation. If you would like to participate on-site in addition, please register for on-site participation. See HERE for the on-site participation details.

・There will be a cancellation period, and we will also accept cancellations and refunds due to your health condition on the day of the on-site event. Refunds will also be made in the event that the on-site meeting is reduced or cancelled.
