How to participate	Keynote speech is an open event for all registered attendees. No registration is required. Please come directly to the site. The satellite venue will be open in case the presentation room is full. Public attendees may attend this event, however simultaneous interpretation is not provided.

Icebreaker Reception

Icebreaker reception will be held on Sunday, May 24 after PM2.
All attendees are welcome to join us．

Lunchtime Special Lecture

We are honored to welcome the world class researchers to deliver lectures about the latest Hot Topics during lunchtime!
This year's lectures are the respected 3rd Nishida Prize winners.
AGU will also host lunchtime lectures inviting speakers from all over the world.

Lunchtime Special Lecture is held from Monday to Friday.

International Mixer Luncheon

We welcome each and every one of student members and early career scientists to join us to the International Mixer Luncheon 2020!
This mixer provides the opportunity to get to know, interact and share your thoughts/researches with other student members and early career researchers along with free lunch.

Award Ceremony and Party 2020 will take place on Wednesday, 26 May at Tokyo Bay Makuhari Hall.
Join us to meet people, share your interest and enjoy the meeting at the most.

Award Ceremony is an open event welcoming all meeting attendees.

Right after the Award Ceremony, Party 2020 is held at the same venue.

How to Sign Up	Online Registration：Log in to JpGU Members System, and proceed from the 'Party Registration'button in the 'JpGU Meeting' tab on the left side menu. The party ticket is printed in the lower part of the name bagde. Please do not tear it until the party and hand it to the staff at the door on the day. On-site registration： On-site registration desk will be located in front of the party venue. The desk will be open at 6:45pm on May 26.
