Exhibitors' Seminar 2020:virtual

You can hold a 45 minutes seminar at a vacant time slot.

Both of above 1 and 2 are required, but Date and Time is not fixed at the moment.
JpGU office will communicate later regarding your seminar schedule.
In case that Date and Time are inconvenient for your seminar, please contact to JaGU Office as soon as possible.

- You can request Date and Time first-come-first-served basis.
- We may not be able to meet your request because of Sessions or other events.
- You can request Date and Time only time slot which has break times both of before and after.
Example:Even if 9:45-10:30 is blank and DFS is scheduled 9:00-9:45, you can not reserve 9:45-10:30.

[Eligible contents]
- Speeches, seminars, hands-on or talks in other forms to communicate contents beneficial for the meeting participants interested in Geoscience and related fields.
- Talks regarding your commercial products, published items, and services are accepted if actual sales do not take place.
- Meeting committee will screen the eligibility after the submission. One exhibitor is allowed to make up to three seminars.

Preparation time is inclueded to 45minuites. Please be careful to finish the seminar on time

Quiz Rally

What is Quiz Rally?

Quiz Rally is a easy game to promote your iPoster.
Participants to the Meeting will go around Exhibitors' iPosters, and then they answer questions.
The questions are easy one as far as they carefuly watch iPosters.
After the Meeting, participants who answered the questions with high score may receive prizes.

How to apply

Application Deadline：June 30th
Please apply from Application Form for Quiz Rally , providing one or five question(s) with 4 answer options each and the right answer. Office will send a confirmation mail.

- Please contain discription or images or another contents which will be a hint for your questions, into your iPoster, and please paste a sticker which show you participate the Quiz Rally

- Quiz you provide should be One or Five (NOT two to four). If one, your quize will be used at any one day during the meeting. If five, each will be used par everyday

- If you kindly provide us prizes for participants, please read below.

Many prizes from each Exhibitor are not expected, then one to fice pieces of premium prizes will be highly appreciated.
As an example, JpGU will provide 30 anniversaly memorial book.

iPoster

This is our first trial to adopt the iPoster format at JpGU annual meetings. We prepared a useful guide for you to create, publish, present, or visit iPoster presentations.

- All Exhibitors will shortly receive Letters of Invitation (LoI) from aMuze! Interactive Inc., which describes how to start creating your iPoster for our meeting. Please use the following form for queries if the LoI does not reach.

- Although you can start creating iPosters once you receive the LoI even if you have not completed your registration to the meeting, it is mandatory that you complete the registration process in order to activate the "PUBLISH" button to release your iPoster to the meeting participants (the "PUBLISH" button will be enabled by 15 June). Your iPoster(s) can continue to be modified and edited in "PUBLISH" mode, so please make sure you complete your registration by 1 (Wed) July and click on the "PUBLISH" button. We regret to inform you that we are unable to reimburse your registration fee once you have published your iPoster.

- We plan to open the iPoster Gallery site on 9 (Thu) July and throughout the meeting duration. Once you are registered, your JpGU member ID and password (Meeting ID and password for non-members) will enable you to enter the iPoster Gallery site.

- We plan to allow visitors to browse your published iPosters extending after the meeting for some period to be detailed later (you can disable browsing on your own).
