鉱床は地球表層において有用元素・有用鉱物が濃集したものであり、マグマ活動、熱水活動、変成作用、風化作用などの地球のダイナミクスにより生み出される。また鉱床の形成は地球史における環境変動や生物の進化とも密接に関わっており、鉱床形成プロセスの解明には地質学、岩石学、地球化学、鉱物学、微生物学など地球科学の幅広い分野を融合した研究が必要である。このような資源地質学の分野は、効率的な資源探査・開発のみならず、資源開発に伴って引き起こされうる有害元素を理解・評価するためにも不可欠である。本セッションでは、このような地球表層における元素の移動や濃集に関わる研究について、野外調査・観測、室内実験、理論計算、分析手法の開発など様々な視点での発表を募集する。また、水素や地熱などの新エネルギー資源の探査・開発に関わる地球科学的研究や資源の効率的な抽出・回収や脱炭素社会の達成に関わる工学的研究などについての発表も歓迎する。 |
