Announcement regarding Exhibition and Exhibit Fees for 2025 JpGU Meeting 2025

We would like to inform you of the exhibition plans for JpGU Meeting 2025.

The Japan Geoscience Union Meeting 2025 will be held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, Sun 25 - Fri 30 MAY 2025, in hybrid style.

As in the past meetings, we plan to accept applications for exhibits in the following categories:
Special Exhibition, Publishers Desk, University Panel,Science Society Desk, and Online Exhibition
The application period is scheduled to begin in late February or March.

The exhibition fee will be increased by 10% of 2024 due to an increase in exhibition-related venue expenses.
The Internet connection fee, which is one of the on-site optional fees, is also scheduled to change at the provider's request.
