・Requests to avoid parallel scheduling can be made under the same conditions (number, application method, etc.) as those for regular sessions. However, it is impossible to completely avoid overlapping with all sessions in your own section due to the program structure. If you still wish to hold a Section Leading Session, please obtain the consent of the sessions that have been overlapped. If you do wish to avoid parallel scheduling with other sessions within your section, please consider holding the session in an event format during the lunch break.
・Same as regular sessions, you may request dates to avoid. You can specify up to a third choice of time slot (AM1, AM2, PM1, PM2) if any. If you have a preferred time slot, please indicate it in the "Communication" box when proposing a session.
・The conveners are expected to take the required action such as submitting requests to avoid parallel scheduling, encourage presenters to submit abstracts, and organize sessions in the same time frame and way for the regular sessions.
・If a panel discussion is to be held, the convener should submit an abstract with the title "Panel Discussion" or its equivalent to reserve a slot.
