Initial Oral Time Slot Allocation
The number of pre-allocated slots will be calculated by the following formula based on the number of presentations in the most recently held session.
・In the case of a merged session, the number of sessions will be calculated based on the total number of presentations in each session.
・If the oral sessions is requested, it will be tentatively allocated one oral slot even if the number of presentations in the most recent results is less than necessary for one slot allocation .
・Newly proposed sessions are tentatively allocated one slot, but if a large number of abstract submissions is expected, it is possible to request for two slots.

Final Oral Slot Adjustment
The pre-allocated slots will be adjusted and finalized based on the total number of submitted abstracts.
A minimum of 9 submissions is required to secure a slot for an oral session.
If the actual number of submissions is less than 8, oral sessions will not be held and the session format will change to Poster-only session.
When making the final adjustment,
・The number of rejected abstracts will be counted.
・If you transfer an abstract, it will becounted as the number of submissions for the session to which it was moved.
・The number of time slots may be reduced when the number of submitted abstracts is less than proposed.
But it will NOT be increased even when the number of abstracts exceeds the proposed number.

S= The number of submitted abstracts (both orals and posters)
*S≥9 Rounded off to the nearest whole number, S≤8 rounded down to the nearest whole number
