NOTES on Slot Allocation Formula
・Oral slots will be initially allocated based on the number of abstracts received in the most recent year that the session was held.
・Nine presentations are required to secure an oral slot.
Number or oral time slots assigned ＝(S + 3) / 2 / 6
S= The number of submitted abstracts (both orals and posters)
*S≥9 Rounded off to the nearest whole number, S≤8 rounded down to the nearest whole number
The oral time slots are assigned to each session based on the formula above.
Newly proposed sessions initially receive one oral slot, however, may request for an additional (total up to 2 slots).

This formula is subject to change with actual accepted total number of sessions.
*For the sessions with less than 9 abstracts each at the past meeting, we will tentatively allocate one oral time slot.
Please note that if the number of the submitted abstracts turns out to be less than 9, there will be no oral session.
