Session Proposal - Additional Requests
Additional requests: What you can register

*We will not be able to accept requests after this deadline.
*Please note that all requests must be registered using the designated system. Requests entered in the "communication box" at the time of session proposal or via emails cannot be reflected. If you wish to submit additional request(s) for your session, please be sure to register your request(s) during this additional request period.
*Please kindly understand that we might not be able to meet all requests, as the balance of the entire session schedule will be prioritized.
*These requests are optional, so you do not need to register if you have no particular preference.
*There is no deadline for registration of invited authors. Please register as soon as you decide. The list of the potential invited authors will be available in mid-December and will be sequentially updated as you register.
*Co-conveners can also work on to these tasks.

Please access the Online Session Proposal System, login with your JpGU ID and PW to register.

NOTES about Additional Requests 【Please make sure to check before you act】
1.Dates to avoid (optional) 【by Nov 16 (Wed), 5PM JST】
Conveners may indicate dates to avoid for his/her sessions with proper reasons.
(without the reason the request is not considered.)

Note:
* Each date has to have its own reason.
*We CANNOT accept preferred dates.
*Public sessions must be held on the Public Open Day (Sunday).

2.Request for consecutive sessions (optional) 【by Nov 16 (Wed), 5PM JST】
This is a request for consecutive DATEs, not for consecutive time slot.
(maximum 2 entries)

3.Request to avoid parallel scheduling (optional) 【by Nov 16 (Wed), 5PM JST】
Please enter the session(s) to avoid overlapping with your session.
(maximum 3 entries)

*Sessions in the same subcategory will NOT be avoided automatically.
Please indicate 3 sessions with the highest priority to avoid including sessions from the same subcategory.

4.Brief Session Introduction for general public 【by Dec 8 (Thu)】
(Required only for Union and Public sessions)

5.Potential Invited Authors (optional)
A session can have up to TWO invited presentations (oral / poster) and ONE invited poster presentation per time slot. (3 invited presentations in total)

As encouragement, E sessions can have up to THREE invited presentations with no rules to the presentation format. (three invited talks per slot are allowed)
*The assigned number of invited presentations will not be affected by the final number of slots after abstracts submission.
*Union and Public sessions are exempt for this rule.

【IMPORTANT】
The information registered here is for the "potential invited authors" and will be used to call for submissions. The actual invited authors will be registered when the session is organized.
It is also possible to invite and register a person who was not listed here to give an invited talk.
Please note that the program will not register a person listed here as an invited author in the program. A separate action is required for the official registration to appear on the program.
