*DFS is scheduled for 45 minutes/ slot in the morning.

Presentation Format & Language

Presentation Format

Except for Union and Public Sessions, all oral and poster presentations in regular sessions are request to adopt the online poster format using iPoster.

*This type of presentation can include conventional images and text, and also affords the possibility of using videos and audio files and the use of interactive communication tools.
Presentation currently accepted as oral In addition to the presentation materials (such as slides), pre-recorded videos and audios can be uploaded.

Presenters may set time windows for interation using communication tools(ZOOM, chats).

*ZOOM account is not provided for individual interaction. Please provide yourselves. It is requested that due considerations will be made for security, such as by setting passwords (mandatory).

Session & Presentation Language

Session language is either English and /or Japanese.

*Presenters should follow the session language rule when making iPosters.
*The session language declared by conveners are applicable to DFS.

*1 K-12 School Teacher rate applies only for elementary, junior high, high school teachers.
University teachers/ professors are categorized and should be registered as 'Regular'.
*2 Discount for 'Senior' is applied for senior members of JpGU Members and AGU Members. This rate does not apply for other ID categories including EGU and AOGS members.
*Undergraduate stuents are required to send the copy of their student IDs using the designated form to prove their student status.

 

Payment Methods

The only method accepted for payments is by credit card on the online system.

Bank transfer by affiliated institutions is not available from 2020.
