#1. Final call for highlight application [April 26, noon]  

The deadline of highlight application is tomorrow, April 26 at noon JST.

#2. Early-bird meeting registration deadline approaching [May 8, 5:00pm JST]

Please make sure to complete all required procedures no later than May 8, if you'd like to receive a discount to the registration fee. 
All attendees are required to make an online Meeting registration in order to attend our meeting.

[Discount Information]
 -Discounted rates are also applicable for JpGU Members and our partner Union Members (AGU/ EGU and AOGS). Please note that Nonmembers do not receive a discount.

#3. Student discount application deadline approaching [May 8, 11:59pm JST]

Students needs to complete all required procedures to receive a student discount rate in the registration fee.

Please be noted that even though the fee has already been paid, if the student discount application is not completed by May 8, students will be charged a regular rate at the gate and won't be able to enter the site unless they pay the balance.

[For Supervisors]
Students need your cooperation to receive the student discount.
Please kindly respond to the request by May 8 if you have received a request from your student.

You can also check if there is any application and complete the operation by logging in to your account and clicking the red tib displayed on the top page.

We started accepting the application for student part-time working during the 
meeting.

We have variety of jobs that you may enjoy.
Seats will be taken on first-come-first-serve basis.
