スコープ和文研究者は優れた研究成果を求めて，困難な問題に挑戦し続けています．若手研究者は安定したポストを求めて，激しい競争の中で努力し続けています．この過程によって生じる精神的な不安や挫折，疲労による不調は，研究の進捗はもちろん，研究者自身の活動にも大きな妨げになっています．本セッションの目標の一つは，誰もがなる可能性のある精神的な不調をどう予防，改善していくことを学ぶことにあります．マインドフルネスやBasic-Phなどを紹介し，ストレスを軽減し，集中力と想像力を高める方法を学びます．
もう一つのテーマは，婚活にも活かすことのできる効果的なコミュニケーション術です．2015年の国勢調査の結果によると，生涯未婚率（50歳まで一度も結婚したことがない人の割合）は男性が23.37％，女性が14.06％であり，過去最高を更新しました.
コミュニケーション能力は言語的要素ではなく，非言語的要素も大きく関与します．本セッションでは，言語的要素と非言語的な要素を合わせた効果的なコミュニケーション術を，デモンストレーションを交えながら体験します．
英文Researchers continue to challenge difficult problems in search of excellent
research results. Young researchers are striving for steady posts and
working hard in intense competition. Mental anxiety, frustration and
disorder caused by this process are great impediments not only to the
progress of research but also to the activities of researchers themselves.
One of the goals of this session is to learn how to prevent and improve
mental disorders that everyone could potentially become. We will introduce
mindfulness and Basic-Ph, etc., and provide a chance to learn how to
relieve stress and increase concentration and imagination.
Another theme is effective communication skill that can make use of
marriage. According to the result of the Census of 2015, the lifetime
unmarried rate (the proportion of those who have never married until the
age of 50) was 23.37% for males and 14.06% for women, and updated the
highest ever. Communication skill is not a linguistic element, and
nonverbal elements are also greatly involved. In this session, we will
practice effective communication skills combining linguistic and nonverbal
elements while demonstrating.
