| スコープ | 和文 | 自然と人間が織りなす多様な環境の中に内在し、時に顕在化する災害リスクを、自然科学、人文・社会科学等の視点から多角的に検証する。東日本大震災で明らかになった災害予測の不確実性や低頻度巨大災害の問題や、ハザードマップの作成・利用法の改善、環境変動・社会変容や持続性を考慮した復興計画・国土計画、防災に関する国際協力、活断層や液状化の諸問題、地域特性に応じた減災計画、防災支援の技術開発、防災教育など、総合的に議論する。 |
| 英文 | This session discusses disaster risks being inherent in the natural and human environment, which sometimes happen to appear at a disaster, from the viewpoint of not only natural sciences but also social and human sciences. Examples of discussion subjects are as follows: uncertainty of forecasting disaster and problems of huge disaster with low frequency that raised from the 2011 Tohoku earthquake, the methodology for improving hazard maps, national recovery plans considering probable changes or sustainability of the society, international cooperation for disaster mitigation, problems of active faults or liquefaction, adjusting disaster mitigation plan to the regional characteristics, technical development for supporting disaster prevention, education for the disaster mitigation. |
