スコープ和文将来の地震発生を予知・予測することをめざす，直接的な研究について討論する．長期・短期，あるいは，決定論的・確率的といった時定数や手法を問わず，理論・観測・シミュレーションなどに基づく，検証可能性を備えた科学的な研究発表を広く募集する．
英文This session provides the opportunity for contributions that fall within the scientific spectrum of earthquake prediction and forecasting. We welcome theoretical, observational or numerical papers that are either on long- or short-term predictions, and either based on deterministic or probabilistic approaches.
