スコープ和文宇宙での長期滞在が可能となった今、人類は更なる定住先を目指して、宇宙空間へ旅をする準備を整えようとしている。ライフサポートシステムに関する研究は大変重要になっている。特に食事、つまり宇宙食に関する研究は医食同源の立場からもっとも重要なものである。食料生産を効率よく行い、食品加工技術と分析技術を発展させる必要がある。地球上の災害食研究にも貢献できる宇宙食と宇宙農業について、より深く研究者間の意見交換を行いたい。
英文A long-term stay in the space was enabled. The human dose a trip to the outer space towards further domicilation. The study on life-support system becomes very important. The study on meal in particular that is space foods is the most important form the situation of the medicine food same source. I perform food production efficiently, and it is necessary to develop a food processing technology and the analysis technique. About space food and the space agricluture whichi can contribute to a disaster food study on the earth. I want to perform the exchange of opinions between researchers more deeply.
