Contact Information<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"overview\">Overview of the Sponsorship Program<\/h3><br>\r\nThe Japan Geoscience Union (JpGU) has established a sponsorship program and accepts annual sponsorship contracts starting from JPY 399,300 (tax included).\r\n\r\nSponsors may choose from three plans: Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, each offering different benefits according to the sponsorship level.<br>\r\n<br>\r\n<br>\r\n<h3 id=\"gold\" class=\"color-blue\"><strong>Gold Sponsor: JPY 399,300 (tax included)<\/strong>\r\n<\/h3><br>\r\n<strong>1 Exhibition booths during the meeting<\/strong><br>\r\nYou can book one general exhibition booth space for the duration of the meeting.<br>\r\nOnline booths are also available at no charge.<br>\r\n\r\n*The fee for booking two booth spaces is 798,600 yen, and the fee for booking three booth spaces is 1,197,900 yen.<br>\r\n<br>\r\n<strong>2. Priority booking of exhibits<\/strong><br>\r\nPriority will be given to bookings for exhibiting at the Meeting.<br>\r\n<br>\r\n<strong>3. You will receive an exhibitor&#8217;s certificate for participation in the Meeting<\/strong><br>\r\nExhibitor pass A (Permission to enter all rooms and exhibition area): 2<br>\r\nExhibitor pass B (Permission to enter only exhibition area): 2<br>\r\n<br>\r\n<strong>4. Advertisements in Meeting-related media<\/strong><br>\r\nSponsors can place their advertisements in the following media developed by JpGU.<br>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>\u30fbText advertisements in the Mail News (special issue introducing exhibitors)<\/li>\r\n\t<li>\u30fbLogo advertisement on the top page of the Special Meeting website<\/li>\r\n\t<li>\u30fbAdvertisements on digital signage at the entrance to the Meeting venue<\/li><\/ul>\r\n<br>\r\n<strong>5. Publication of the organization&#8217;s name and logo on the JpGU website.<\/strong><br>\r\nA sponsor page will be set up on our permanent website with the organization&#8217;s name and logo in a larger-than-usual size. High-priority exhibit reservations<\/strong><br>\r\nYou can book up to four special exhibition booths. In addition, you will have priority booking over Gold Sponsors. Large display of the organization&#8217;s name and logo on the JpGU website<\/strong><br>\r\nThe sponsor&#8217;s name and logo will appear on the sponsor page of the JpGU permanent website in a larger size than the Gold Sponsor\u2019s.<br>\r\n<br>\r\n<strong>3. Naming rights for the presentation venue<\/strong><br>\r\nNaming rights, such as the name of the sponsor in the name of the presentation venue, will be granted.<br>\r\n<br>\r\n<strong>2. Highest priority exhibit reservation and maximum size listing on the JpGU website<\/strong><br>\r\nYou can book up to four special exhibition booths. In addition, you will have priority booking over Platinum Sponsors. You may also exhibit an online booth at no charge. In addition, your organization&#8217;s name and logo will be featured on the Union&#8217;s permanent website at maximum size.<br>\r\n<br>\r\n<strong>3. Optional services<\/strong><br>\r\nThe same optional services as listed in the Platinum section are applied to Diamond sponsors.<br>\r\n<br>\r\n<br>\r\n<h3 id=\"emergency\">Emergency Measures<\/h3><br>\r\n\u3000In the event of an emergency\u2014such as the meeting being held online only\u2014that prevents sponsors from fully utilizing their benefits, no refunds will be provided. Instead, sponsors will be able to use the services listed below corresponding to the plan they have paid for.<br>\r\n<br>\r\n\u25e6 If the Meeting is held but the exhibition is not held for some reason:<br>\r\n\u3000\u25a0Seminar (1 session, use of lecture hall)JPY 77,000-220,000<br>\r\n\u25e6Face-to-face gatherings other than at the time of the on-site event:<br>\r\n\u3000\u25a0Face-to-face events at times other than the Meeting(e.g. winter high school events): JPY 110,000\r\n<br>\r\n\u25e6 Online:<br>\r\n\u3000\u25a0 Online booth: JPY 36,300 \u25a0 Online seminar: JPY 55,000\/slot\r\n<br>\r\n\u25e6Advertisements in JpGU-operated media:<br>\r\n\u3000\u25a0 JGL ads: JPY 330,000\/page <br>\r\n\u25e6Others:<br>\r\n\u3000\u25a0 Depending on the year, we will consider placing ads on paper cups and the Meeting mobile app. The number of equivalent units will be announced as needed. <br>\r\n<br>\r\n<br>\r\n<h3 id=\"contract\">Contract Period<\/h3><br>\r\n\u25e6The term of the sponsorship contract is from the time the sponsorship contract is concluded to the end of the fiscal year in which the academic conference covered by the sponsorship contract is held.
