The number of candidates for\r\nElectoral Zone “Education and Outreach” was 16, then it did not\r\nexceed the fixed number 17.\r\n\r\nTherefore, 16 persons of candidates for this Electoral Zone will \r\nautomatically be elected without any votes being cast, and JpGU will \r\nhold the by-election for the Electoral Zone “Education and Outreach”\r\nbased on Detailed Regulations of the Representative Election Article\r\n6 (3).
