Since last year (2011), the JpGU will present awards for outstanding student presentations. All students (high school, undergraduate and graduate students) who have registered with 'Solid Earth Sciences' as their 'Main Science Section' are eligible to apply. Only pre-registered presentations will be considered. Presentations will be evaluated not only on the basis of the results of your research but also on the clarity and quality of presentation, degree of individual initiative shown etc (see below for more information). Don't be shy! Perspiration, inspiration and enthusiasm all have the chance of recognition at the forthcoming JpGU Meeting 2012 in Makuhari.
