Thank you very much for submitting your abstract to JpGU 2021. As we announced in the newsletter, the 2021 meeting has been moved to a fully online format.
We will use the "Confit" system as the main platform for the online conference website. The construction of the meeting portal requires preparations such as data base building of more than 3,000 presentations, the linking of presentation materials and presenters, setting of the protection to each of the materials etc. To ensure the smooth and accurate execution of these tasks, we would like to ask all presenters, including oral presenters, to make the meeting registration from Monday, April 5 through 11:59PM on Friday, April 16 [JST]. If all presenters complete the registration by April 16, the uploading process will be smoother, and the presentation materials will be available on the meeting portal site on May 27. For detailed information on the registration, we will post "the meeting preparation manual" (in both English and Japanese) on our website around April 7. We hope it would serve as a helpul guide for your registration and upload of presentation materials.
