  1. NEWS&INFO Special Issue(introducing Exhibitors)

    special issue will introduce exhibitors to JpGU Members and ID holders, about 7,000 person.
    The mail news will be sent in two parts before the Meeting.

  2. Banner on Mobile Apps（iPhone・Android）

    Mobile Application for 2020 JpGU-AGU Joint Meeting is getting ready. It offers Meeting information before, during, and after the meeting term. Your banner will be shown on the bottom of the top page. Tapping your banner enables you to jump to indicated URL. With every 5 seconds, banner image will be replaced.

  4. JGL (NewsLetter)

    JGL May issue will be issued on the first half of May 2020, and sent to JpGU members.
    Because information on Meeting are printed, it will be used as a guidbook for participants.

  5. Paper cup adverticing

    Meeting provide complimentary coffee and water for participants. You can provide cups for those. Participants receive and hold the cup by their hands and will look close your logo.

  7. Bar-code scanner

    We will lend out a hand-held scanner which can read the bar-codes printed on participant's name tags. The participants' [name, organizations, email address, and scanning date] will be provided to you later.

    *Information on some people (participants for public sessions, keynote speaches, Highschool students or younger, and others) are not provided.

    Registration of booth inormation

    Please input information of your booth via Exhibitors' Online System
    so that we can introduce you booth in printed matters.

    *Information being input by March 31 are printed on the program book, although you can update information by May 23 and information after April 1 will be posted on the web.


  2. Deadline:

  3. Deadline:
    May 8th

    Application for Exhibitor Pass/Invitation Card

    After login-in to the Exhibitors online system please apply for Exhibitor Pass by 8th May.
    - Application for Exhibitor Pass
    - Extra Exhibitor pass is available in 1,100 JPY / person.
    - Invitation Card 1,100 JPY / 1 set: 5 pieces
    *Invitation Card is a one-day ticket.
    On and after 9th May, you can issue "e-ticket". Please bring it to the venue.
    * Please wear your name tag all the time.


  4. Deadline:

    Shipping notification

    Pleae make sure to ship your materials to be delivered during the delibery time.
    Please input "Shipping notification" by 19th May throughthe Exhibitors online system
    Delibery time will be announced on the "Exhibitors Guidance" which will be available on March.
