Who can apply?
Exhibitors of JpGU 2019 regardless of the booth type and JpGU Supporting Members are eligible to apply.

Who will be participating in the seminar?
・All JpGU2019 attendees who wish to.

Requirement to hold a seminar
-must be beneficial for the attendees.
-must to be open to all attendees. (close seminar to a specific audience is not allowed)
* target audience such as "student members" can be selected
-must have the approval from JpGU Meeting Organizing Committee
-must be within 90min including preparation and clean up．(except for lunchtime)

When can I hold a seminar?
-Seminars can be hold during the session time (AM1~PM3) or lunchtime(12:30～13:40）　*Including preparation and clean up
-The Meeting Organizing Committee will assign a date and time of seminar according to the request considering the convenience of the attendees.
* We might not be able to meet your request in case of overlap requests.

Where can I hold a seminar?
Seminar will take place in the presentation room (either Conference Hall or Tokyo Bay Makuhari Hall) assigned by the Meeting Organizing Committee．
*We will assign a vacant presentation room during session hours (AM1~PM2)．
The room can't be requested.

Fee
Free of charge．
Free room, projector and screen is included.
Other things (devices, lunch and beverage etc.) that organizers might provide must be prepared on their own.
*The room cannot be requested.

Application Period
March 25 (MON)-April 5 (Fri), 17:00 JST

Notification
The notification email will be sent accordingly from April 17.



Notes
-Approved seminars will be promoted on the JpGU 2019 website and program book.
-The management are relied on the organizer. Organizers can decide rules such as whether to required a registration or not.

・Exhibitors who registered more than 4 booths can hold a special event.
