JpGU Meeting provide exhibitors with a ministage at the Exhibition Hall. You can use this stage for promotion and comunication tool.

Time	AM2, Lunchtime, PM1, PM2, PM3 20min / stage 10min(changing / preparing) One exhibitor is allowed to make up to three seminars *except for 20th PM3

Eligibility	Registered exhibitors at JpGU Meeting 2019
Equipment	A projector, a screen, and a hand-held microphone, and a podium 50 seats
How to apply	Send a form through the meeting web for exhibitors You can apply for the first, second and third choice of time for each seminar. Arrangement will be done by JpGU office on a first-come, first-serve basis. After arrangement, JpGU office will announce the fixed schedule. -> Application Form
Eligible contents	Speeches, seminars, hands-on or talks in other forms to communicate contents beneficial for the meeting participants interested in Geoscience and related fields. Talks regarding your commercial products, published items, and services are accepted if actual sales do not take place. Meeting committee will screen the eligibility after the submission. One exhibitor is allowed to make up to three seminars
