Professional nursing service in the site during JpGU Meeting 2018.
Please apply for the service after reading notifications below.

Fee

300 Yen / hour durting the meeting hour, 8:30 am - 7:00 pm

How to apply

Please apply to PIGEON HEARTS CORPORATION via e-mail after reading "Pigeon Wendy Babysitter Service Agreement" below.

* You should be receiving an email confirmation of your inquiry within 3 business day(Weekday9：00 am ～5：00 pm）. If you do not receive a confirmation by e-mail within 1week, please contact us. Without the email confirmation, your application will be invalid.

How to make payment

Staff will provide you with a "Certification", and please scan and send the "Certification" via e-mail to JpGU office.
In case you will cancelle the application, before the six buissiness day is the deadlien. After the six business day before the meeting, cancellation charge (100% of the fee)will be charged.

How to use

The first day

Please provide the original paper of "the Application form"．

At the site

Staff will provide you with a "Certification".

After the meeting

please scan and send the "Certification" via e-mail to JpGU office by 16th June, 2018

Notification

PIGEON HEARTS CORPORATION gets insurance during the meeting.
After the six business day before the meeting, cancellation charge (100% of the fee)will be charged.
PIGEON HEARTS CORPORATION or JpGU may cancell your application depending on the condition of the child.
We cannnot accept your child if your child has a fever higher than 37.5 ℃ or being poor physical health.
We will not administer medicine to your child.
We accept children who is older than six months and younger than 7 years.In case your child is older than 7years, plese contact to PIGEON HEARTS CORPORATION
