ScopeResearchers continue to challenge difficult problems in search of excellent research results. Young researchers are striving for steady posts and working hard in intense competition. Mental anxiety, frustration and disorder caused by this process are great impediments not only to the progress of research but also to the activities of researchers themselves. One of the goals of this session is to learn how to prevent and improve mental disorders that everyone could potentially become. We will introduce mindfulness and Basic-Ph, etc., and provide a chance to learn how to relieve stress and increase concentration and imagination. Another theme is effective communication skill that can make use of marriage. According to the result of the Census of 2015, the lifetime unmarried rate (the proportion of those who have never married until the age of 50) was 23.37% for males and 14.06% for women, and updated the highest ever. Communication skill is not a linguistic element, and nonverbal elements are also greatly involved. In this session, we will practice effective communication skills combining linguistic and nonverbal elements while demonstrating.
