| Scope | Studies on global warming and ocean acidification, as well as its biological responses against these anthropogenic forcing, reveals significant progress in recent decades. Studies on those issues in coastal area, however, still remains large uncertainties because of complexities of hydrography and ecosystems in these regions. In this session, we intend to accumulate present knowledges from global warming / ocean acidification studies in coastal areas. Presentations from coastal wetlands and estuaries are also welcomed. | |
