If your session is in the U · M section and you want to apply to the Solid Earth Sciences section, please fill in the necessary information from the form. Please be sure to select "Solid Earth Sciences(S)" in the first field.

Application by high school students

We don't accept application by high school students.

Please be sure to say at the beginning of your presentation that you've applied to Student Outstanding Presentation Award for Solid Earth Sciences Section.
Please be sure to stay in front of your poster during core time for judges.
In case of poster presentations, please be sure to type this poster presentation is registered on Student Outstanding Presentation Award for Solid Earth Sciences Section.

Results and Announcement

From 5 to 10 percent of applicants is to be awarded Student Outstanding Presentation Award. The result is to be informed later by email and also released on our website.

Past awardee will be judged not only on current contents of the presentation but also on a degree of progress from past presentation that was awarded previously.
