We will introduce an overview of "IUGONET", inter-university cooperation projects, and development status of metadata databases and data analysis software.

In IUGONET project, 5 institute in collaboration, National Institute of Polar Research, Tohoku University, Nagoya university, Kyoto University, and Kyushu University, build a metadata database about the observational data have been accumulated over the years so far in various upper atmosphere ground-based observation network.
We also make the development of analysis software in line with these observation data.
