Invitation to JpGU Meeting 2009 (Japan Geoscience Union Meeting 2009)Following the meeting in 2008, I am again to chair the steering committee for the 2009 meeting. Although the JpGU meeting grew with an amazing speed exceeding 10% a year, the 2008 meeting has shown the point of soft-landing; the growth rate decreased to a few % a year. However, shortage in the room for the aural presentation is still evident. The steering committee is paying effort to get more rooms along negotiation with the Messe people.
It is my pleasure to
create the JpGU meeting 2009. It will be held at the International Conference
Hall of Makuhari Messe on May 16 (Sat) to 21 (Thu) for 6 days. Please give us
your idea and force to let the 2009 meeting fruitful and enjoyable.
