| スコープ | 和文 | 日本の地球惑星科学分野におけるダイバーシティ推進の動向を考えるために、ロールモデル（国際、男女など、様々な方々）からの新鮮な気づき、研究機関および大学の優れた取り組みなどの有益な情報の共有を目的として、本セッションを提案します。日本人研究者・学生のみならず、日本で働いている外国人研究者や研究留学生、来日予定の外国人研究者からの発表を歓迎します。発表内容に基づき、本課題について国際的・学際的な観点から比較し、より良い方策を議論したいと思います。なお、本セッションは、EGU2019のユニオンシンポジウムUS4とも協力し、EGU/AGUコミュニティーとの現状情報の共有・交流も図ります。 | |
| 英文 | We are inviting contributions form participants who is interested or has had personal experience in dealing with diversity issues, such as first-hand reports from role models (researchers at different stages of their carriers), as well as perspective views from leaders of research or educational institutions. We welcome submissions from researchers and students working in Japan, both Japanese and foreign, as well as from JpGU2019 participants from other countries. Contributions to this session will be synthesized to highlight the current state of workplace diversity in Japan, and to develop successful strategies and practices for improvement and maintaining diversity in Geosciences. This session is co-sponsored by the Union Symposium US 4 of EGU 2019 "Promoting and supporting equality of opportunities in geosciences" in order to share and exchange current status information with the EGU / AGU community. | ||
