| スコープ | 和文 | ケイ酸塩メルトと液体金属は、地球誕生時から現在に至るまでに我々の惑星が辿ってきた物理的、化学的、熱的進化の過程で大きな役割を担ってきた。島弧やホットスポットなど表層で直接観察されるマグマは地球に潜在する液体のごく一部であり、その殆どが地球深部に内包されており、今もその役割を果たしている。しかしながら、地球内部のような高圧高温極限下での液体を取り扱うことは実験的にも、理論的であっても容易ではなく、地球内部のさまざまな液体の特性、その果たす地球の進化への役割は挑戦的なテーマである。本セッションでは実験・理論・観測・数値シミュレーションなど様々な手法での高圧高温下での液体に関する講演を歓迎し、地球内部条件における液体の物理的・化学的性質や地球内部でのその振る舞いについて幅広い観点からの積極的な議論も歓迎する。 |
| 英文 | Liquids of silicates and metals inside of the Earth have played important role in the physical, chemical, and thermal evolutions of our planet. This session aims at understanding the physical and chemical properties of liquids from shallower to deep parts of the Earth, which are strongly related to the long history of the Earth's from the planetary accretion to the present-day dynamics. In addition, we call for presentations by researchers from various backgrounds of geochemical, experimental, theoretical/computational, and seismic/geodynamical ones, who investigate the physical and chemical properties of liquids and the behaviors and roles inside of Earth. Relevant topics include, but are not limited to, partial melting and melt extraction, liquid-solid partitioning, high pressure experiments on melts, and seismic detections of mantle melts and outer core anomaly. |
